That's totally irrelevant to what you said but I understand why you'd deflect so hard considering how bad your argument was.
geno is terrible giving fitz more then 7 million is terrible i vote for any possible 3rd options out there
Yes it is but your the one who bought up excuseses for Fitz in Buffalo. What in Fitz history shows he will put Jets in playoffs?
There's a difference between making excuses for Fitz in Buffalo and explaining why your point made no sense.
If they get Glennon I'll bet they don't just hand him the starting job. He going to have to beat out Geno and I have no problem with that.
That's why you can't give up too much for Glennon. If he can't beat geeno out we're fucked. It ain't about looking for a backup to geeno
Big difference. Despite the bad talent, Fitz put up decent numbers, which implies that Fitz can win when he's on a good team, as he just did. OTOH Geno put up horrible numbers for a bad team, which implies that no matter what talent he gets, he still isn't going to win.
He can't win when it counts the most. Fitz has never made the playoffs so in my book that not winning.
Still waiting on your answer? To.... What in Fitz history shows he put the Jets in playoffs? I don't know about you I really don't care who the starting QB is. I just want to see this team make the playoffs. This team right now has the talent but IMO Fitz blew it for the Jets.
You changed the topic that's why I didn't answer. That question has nothing to do with how faulty your theory is that history shows any time Fitz signs a big deal he sucks.
this below is all you need to know about what the staff thinks about the living turn over.....How anyone can continue to defend such a horrible inept football player and seem to try yo push their slanted point of view makes me think Geno's family must be posting here, this goes beyounfd the turn overs and the lack of talent argument this goes straight to the point the guy has an incredibly low football IQ as pointed by the raider game last yr and the stupid mental lapses he made there. If the impasse continues, Cole reported that the team is looking at trading for Glennon with an awareness that their in-house options are not sufficient. Bryce Petty is viewed as unready, and there is “little to no faith” that Geno Smith is the guy, despite the team’s public statements that they’re prepared to go with him if need be.
Oh come on. You've been beating the GeNo drum since you signed up here as Geno007. Stick to your guns. Your boy may actually have a good chance to start.
Glennon is no different then Geno Smith, but a little bit better in terms of decision making. Both are big armed QBs with inconsistencies across the board. The only other difference is Glennon had better weapons to work with. They both hold onto the ball far too long, and while Geno is a gifted athlete, he uses it sparingly and stupidly. There's absolutely 0 reason to trade for Glennon and those that said trade Mo for him should be ashamed of themselves. No sense in trading for the same QB.
