this is so worn. This thread makes it sound like we have ben total and complete shit for 50 yrs. I don't know like the browns or the jags who are always loosing. So I ask how many loosing yrs this team has had since Woody took over. The answer is 4 with two of those in the last three yrs. It's not just because we lost. It's how we lost. It's the storyline. It's not like we had to play another playoff team, or someone like Carolina or Arizona or Seattle or Denver. We lost to the Bills who have been eliminated for a while and were banged up today. We lost to Rex. We controlled our destiny and couldn't win. We came off such an exhilarating win against New England. And the Same Old Jets came out flat and were beat up and bullied. Played like it was a throwaway game or that we were 4-11. Bullshit.
I loved the win against the Pats, but lets be serious they were severely undermanned and have lost to Miami and Philly in the last month or so as well.
