Indy has realistically no chance of making the playoffs.

If Sean Payton gets fired by the Saints I'm predicting he winds up in Indy to try to pry the Andrew Luck window back open.

Lucky Pagano. The best hope for Indy is to fire Grigson as well and bring in Pioli and McDaniels. Irsay will probably be to coked up to make such a smart decision.

Well they have about as much chance of making the playoffs as Pagano had of keeping his job after the season anyway.

    Has been trash for years.
Arians ran the show in year 1.
Andrew Luck lifted that team year 2 and 3.

When injuries caught up to Luck we all saw that Pagano wasn't capable of coaching a team up

I saw this on the espn ticker thing during one of the bowl games. maybe Thursday.... it annoyed the shit out of me. they bring the big red breaking news thing up with this douche whoever the fuck he is reports that chuck pagano to be fired.

great job assholes, you were first, you win. guess what nobody gives a fuck, let the team do what they need to do and fire him on Monday. if they wanted him fired today he would have been. but these cock sand eaters just have to be first.

this type of drama bullshit is why I have no use for espn other than college football and 30 for 30s. the rest of that station I don't watch at all.

I think Pagano is still somewhat unproven but he has to be frustrated with what the Colts front office has done. They stocked up on past their prime veteran skill position players, and then reach on drafting Dorsett in round one. They're trending towards doing the same exact thing they did with Manning.

Continue attempting to draft offensive skill position players, miss big time on any attempt to draft defensive talent and put together pedestrian offensive lines who can't run block. They need better talent evaluators there for sure.

basically, Pagano is getting fired because Grigson is an incompetent jackass.

Keep in mind Indy was in the AFCCG last year and would've won the division for the third straight year (and made the playoffs for the fourth straight season) had Luck not missed most of the season.

I dont wanna say its "funny" but its something , that just a year ago Indy was the up and coming team ready to win a Super Bowl within 2-3 years or so , even a lot of people's AFC pick this year to get there , including mine. And now they are a franchise in shambles. Irsay is a terrible owner. Grigson has gained the rep of being a terrible GM and Pagano , who I think is a good coach , has been undermined at every turn.

And their biggest question mark of all now , is what will Luck really be?

Doesnt really seem like the greatest head coaching destination.

That's not really fair since they actually went 8-8 with third string QB's and trash around them. The last time the Colts lost their franchise QB they went 2-14 under Caldwell.

Hopefully they keep a stretcher handy for when Luck's offensive line lets him down again
