Obviously Fitz isn't the answer. I don't think anyone thought he was. But he's good enough to get us to the playoffs. These WR drops are killer and break the rhythm on O. There have been a lot of dropped 1st downs and TDs that resulted in punts or FGs. Our WRs really need to step up. Especially Marshall, who is supposed to be elite. And it still annoys me that Kerley isn't out there more.

I feel like Fitz has stretches where he looks like the real deal (lol Buffalo extending him mid-season) and then stretches where he looks pretty bad.

there is nothing about his career that suggests he is capable of getting to the playoffs, please stop with the "he is good enough" narrative. its just not true at this point

I'm just basing it on what I've seen this year. Fitz has played good enough to get us to the playoffs if our receivers would step up. Some of you like to blame Fitz for his interceptions even when they're nicely thrown balls that go right through the receivers hands. I like to hold the receivers accountable just as much as Fitz, unlike you. We could easily be 8-2 right now if it wasn't for all those dropped TDs and first downs. If our receivers stepped up and caught some of those balls it would be a whole different story. We'd probably be munching on Fitz's nuts right now. Sure, Fitz has missed some throws and thrown some picks...but our receivers have dropped a ton of first downs and TDs. There's no way all the blame should be thrown on Fitz. Some of us can comprehend and understand what we're seeing and hearing; some can't. That's why some of us are janitors and some of us are doctors. I won't hold it against you.

B Marshall has disappeared in production; pretty much TD or bust with him week to week.

Decker is all production with that one untimely drop/drive killer

Devin smith forgot how to catch

    Gailey doesn't like Kerley

Enuwa is good for a catch every other week

Cumby is good for a catch once every 2 weeks

We are pretty poor at running a HB screen

Funny thing is, we used to have an oline that would execute the screen to perfection and a dumbfuck QB (Sanchez) was would fuck up the pass.

Now the oline screws up the timing of the play and the RBs don't know where they're supposed to be.

first things first, you can shove your dr/janitor comment straight up your faggot ass, we were having a decent conversation before you wanted to ride your high horse little bitch.
2nd, seems like you are already munching fitz's nuts. every qb is a victim of drops, the good ones overcome them. but throwing for 46% comp is more than wrs dops. he doesn't get a pass for his fuck ups because the rest of the team fucks up too. he was playing like a playoff qb and has regressed back to his career averages, not just because of the team around him but because thats what he is.

you can respond however you want, i am done here

Sorry broseph; didn't know you were so sensitive. Yeah I know every QB has passes dropped. Some more than others. The thing is, we don't have Tom Brady to dig us out of those holes, so our receivers need to step up. I've never said Fitz is a great QB because he isn't. But he's plenty good enough if our receivers play at the level they can and should. Those 2 picks last week were the worst of the year, but I honestly think he may have been mildly concussed from that TD run.

Don't take it to heart, some people just don't like janitors very much. I happen to think that people like you perform a very respectable trade.

Someone has to plunge my enormous dumps, and it takes fortitude.
