Week 11 - Jets @ Texans

Yeah the Dolphins quit in that game. Actually, the Dolphins never bothered to show up. They showed nothing and Geno had a field day. Did Geno run up a 158 QBR against the Patriots? I don't think so. You Genobots will do anything to prop your boy up. So much devotion to a guy that hasn't done a damn thing in this league yet.

 

How often do perfect games occur? But either way, this is the NFL, players if nothing else have personal pride and even if the situation with the team is not the best, they'll play for themselves, you have guys hoping to make the team the next year or is playing for a new contract. You think the DB allowed Decker to catch passes all over them. You think their offense purposely decided to be shit just because?

 

because they were pretty much done with their HC that's why. They fired him this season and the cloud lifted but events leading up to his firing had their genesis in 2014 if not before. They just wanted the season to be over and if Geno put a 158 QBR on them, WGAF.

In the old days, you may be right with the play for pride thing but today? Its all about the game check which they get no matter what. These players care about the cash and only the cash. Guys love to play for Rex. Guys hated to play for Philbin. Not very complicated.

 

I don't believe that at all and by that logic you have to discredit Fitz performance against them this year too.

 

Since the Dilphins scored 6 TDs on them in the first half a few weeks ago, the Texans have given up 0 TDs in the last 10 Quarters.

 

Well, Fitz's performance was the end of the line for Philbin wasn't it? Cost the man his job if memory serves. If the Dolphins were better prepared mentally and physically (Philbin), it may have been a closer game. In addition, this game was in mid season, not at the end where the Dolphins had nothing to play for except "pride" and of course, the game check.

 

So Fitz game counts because it was early in the season, got it.

 

I'm glad.

Actually I'm more concerned as to which QB are we playing with, as opposed to which QB are we playing against.

 

Hoyer sucks if anything we lose because our offense gets shut down

 

Losing to either is going to be embarrassing so who cares.

I love how you so called football fans don't have a clue about the NFL. They just beat a unbeaten team and some of you still think it going to be a easy win. Cin is way more talented then the Jets.

 

this is just unfair to Geno. The kid can't get credit for ANNNNYYYYTHHINNNG huh? people been bashing this kid while he wasnt even playing all year. Didn't even play bad and gets blamed for the loss in Oakland as if the defense wasn't historically terribly that day lol. Now when he has good games the opposing defense wasn't trying in a league where there is no "easy" opponent... unbelievable
