A Cespedes bomb right now would be huge.

Onto Chicago. Hopefully Cespedes picks it up on the road. 2 games from the Series...can't believe it.

    Jake and Matz up next.

    2-0! awesome.

Great to see Reed , Clipp and Niese get some work in tonight. Kinda felt for those guys the last few weeks not being a part of this run.

If they can be solid then wow.

Did what needed to be done. And now there are 2 games without a top tier pitcher on the mound for them.

    Half way home!

Who would have ever dreamed this game would be decided with the first three BATTERS of the bottom of the first?

I don't believe in what I say as any outcome on the games or Jynxes. This series is over. They have to win 4 games vs DeGrom, Matz, Harvey, Thor, and DeGrom again. Good luck!

never thought I'd see the day when Murphy was getting intentionally walked so the opposing pitcher could face Cespedes.

But that's how hot he's been.

Going into the series, I didn't care whether the Mets won or loss against the Cubs. I was just happy the Mets finally made it to the playoffs and won. Now though, I want to crush them just because of their fans

They are so arrogant for a team that hasn't won shit in over a century. I hope the Mets jump to a quick lead on Tuesday. That place will be dead quiet. It would be so awesome to sweep them and celebrate on their home field

Amazing what 3 stud pitchers do for you, never out of a game they start...huge edge having 3 in a 7 game series

    Lets Go Mets!

Coming into this series I was curious how the two rebuilding philosophies would pan out. Their young hitting vrs. our young pitching. So far so good!

    27 times in seven seasons

first time in the playoffs, in his seventh career playoff game (all this year, of course)
