That's impossible. Rex had no power here. *rolleyes* Taylor hasn't done squat yet for Rex to be taking credit. Typical Rex.
Quite a conundrum, wishing the Bills to stomp the Cheatriots into the ground or wishing the Bills get the snot beat out of them to shut up/embarrass Ryan...
No question for me. I love good theatre as long as it's not here. Bills destroy Brady and the Pats and Rex bloviates up a storm and sends mini footballs to all the STHs. _
I am starting to get really annoyed with all the ESPN and NFLN love for Rex and his Bills. All of this died out around 2012 with the Jets. Now, ESPN, NFLN and world just forget that 2011-14 even happened with Rex. How he pulls this shit off blows my mind. He inherits a great Bills roster, talks his usual crap and all of a sudden he owns Buffalo and everyone thinks he is great again. Crazy. Having said that, Go Bills today.
Love him or hate him, the man is never boring. He's larger than life and thus an easy story to cover. He "Moves the Needle" and gets ratings. Not only will fans of the team tune in to watch but many people will tune in just to root against him and watch him loose. Think about it, there are multiple threads about him at this site right now! I know that his act wore thin here (I'll admit, I fell under his spell for the first few years) but there are people that can't get enough Rex. Even if it's to see him implode in a ball of flames!
5 penalties on Rex's bunch so far today. End of the 1st qtr. Same ol' Rex. No discipline, no poise so far.
Brady is kicking the shit out of Rexy's defense. 21-7 NE. 2nd Qtr. Unless things change PDQ, this one is shaping up to be an old school ass whippin.
