My wife and I made a decision to get rid of all but basic cable. I'm regretting it now that it's football season. Wil they be on local TV nest week?
Scroll through the first 3 pages of the forum, there are a few threads with info on good streaming sites.
They simulcast San Diego games here in San Diego that are on Monday Night football, but only the local team. Thought that was universal.
Not sure about that. Won't it be telecast on Ch. 2? Also btw if you have Verizon Wireless and download the NFL app you can watch local games for free. I watched yesterday's Jets game on my Iphone at work. Just make sure your location setting is ON.
I know last years bear game on Monday night was broadcast on local NY TV, but I haven't seen anything definitive about this game.
espn has a streaming service. i don't know what the details are but if I were you I'd investigate if you haven't already. you may be able to get it for $20/month or something during football season. That's likely a lot cheaper than a few beers at the bar every monday.
I thought they usually try to simulcasted the game on channel 9 or 11 whenever the jets or giants are on ESPN? I know for a fact that they've done this in the past, not sure about now.
I don't know about Monday night games but I think all ESPN games are streamed via WatchESPN and free. I've watched some even at work online. But I think they would ask for your home cable outlet and your login info. As for Verizon Wireless probably you have to have a certain plan to be eligible. I think it's the More Everything plan.
you have to be subscribed to the channel. since the OP only has basic cable, this wont work for him. however, ive never seen a local game not have a simulcast on a local network. usually its 9 or 11.
It will be on a local broadcast. Last year they were on PIX 11, not sure it will be the same this year.
