good point. That could be why this report is coming out now. The NFL essentially tipping off ESPN to air all the dirty laundry in a response to the Patriots defiance. As if to say - you guys really went there with me after this?

Goodell's got nothing to lose anymore as everyone thinks he sucks ass anyway. Lose a case and get embarrassed by the organization you protected mightily years ago.. hanging onto your job by a thread now because of them.? fuck it! grab the phone...... "hey ESPN, remember spygate? yeah there's more to that story..."

    idk just a theory

Yeah, it is not hard to believe the NFL front office had one of their own assist ESPN with the creation of this story.

For years i have felt (as many fans have) that GODell was a tyrant and the only reasons he kept his job was a)obviously record profits and b) he was in Kraft's back pocket, allowing the Pats to play be different rules and sweeping it under the rug. Today essentially confirms this. I suspected the reason Roger went so hard on "deflategate" was to appease the other owners who were tired of this shit and now we know for sure.

So ESPN is credible? With a report consisting of every recycled rumor for the last 7 years?

Hahahaha, trust me boys. Patriots fans don't care about this ESPN report. It's one of those "find in it what you want to" pieces. Same old stale rumors, new packaging. lol

    Season starts Thursday. :)

The fact that Kraft and Berman were at a party together .... 3 days after the ruling is ridiculous. Total lack of accountability and another knock on integrity. Disgusting.

LOL you guys are swallowing this load? ESPN is butthurt and is trying to get revenge by airing anything they can make up, fed of course by the commissioner who is totally out of control. Including old stories that were pulled by newspapers who first printed them. Including material that ESPN has had to apologize for in the past.

Mr. Mortensen is still sore from the embarrassment when it was revealed that his story about the 11 balls being underinflated turned out to be false.

    http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...rtensen-deletes-inaccurate-deflategate-tweet/

ESPN + Goodell = zero point zero credibility.

What Pats fan crave more that anything else is validation from the masses.

    Something they will NEVER get.

If Pats fans didn't care what anyone thinks, why would they be posting on a rivals board?

Oh yeah you do. You and all your masshole friends.

That's all Pats fans desire is for their team to get the credit they think they deserve but which they richly do not.

Yup--they sent low level employees into the visiting teams lockerooms before games to steal the scripted plays of opponents.

    How pathetic is that?

Your anger has you behaving irrationally. I actually like to see the reactions specifically to this type of stuff. Considering events, none of you have really shown any challenging of anything negative said of the Patriots.

I'm wondering why a "report" that is nothing but old recycled information is coming out virtually the instant Goodell speaks. And it just so happens it was released by the same organization that carried the initial now debunked reports that CREATED "deflate gate".

That and I'm supposed to believe that deflate wait was a "make up call" for something Bill Belichick did? Then why focus on TB12 and his suspension and not the organization itself?

Exactly. No, I don't seek your validation I just look to measure your anger by paying attention to the things you like to ignore.
