    THeyre gonna file an appeal dipshit, its that simple. Brady may server his time in December, but he may be on IR by then. The next Bernard Pollard will emerge during NE games this year. You can't throw your finger at fate forever.

    what is funny to me is that Brady got his suspension nullified due to a lack of precedent and in turn Brady and Patriots set a NEW precedent with this freak show.

    new precedent: Cheat like hell and if you get caught? just take it to courts, find a loophole, deflect, etc.. it will go away

    It would be pretty interesting to see the Pats fans reactions if he gets knocked out for the season next Thursday. I don't advocate for injury but i am curious to see it happen.

    Unless they put the ball boys on the stand. The judge never said the Pats were innocent he simply over turned the punishment because they were too harsh (i agree, the NFL way overreached with 4 games). My guess is they now fine him to save some face (the punishment the judge suggested in the 40 page decision).

    Now that Brady was found completely innocent, the Pats will file a lawsuit against the NFL to recoup the lost draft pick and $1MM fine.

    That will be a slam dunk.
