The guy is made of glass and doesn't take care of the football aside from having a massive salary with an injury guarantee. Want nothing to do with him.

We have a good O-Line, a good running game, a good defense, good receivers and a coordinator in Chan Gailey who loves athletic QB's. RG3 was elite when he was given all that with the Redskins, dare I say unstoppable. Russell Wilson wouldn't look any better in WAS. In fact he looks like crap in SEA right now without an elite O-Line. RG3's contract would have to be reworked but I'd definitely trade for him if you committ to him and build the offense around him.

Stop the nonsense about trading for him, no team is ever going to trade for him. When he gets cut (not if) there will be a bunch of teams with interest but I doubt the Jets will be one of them.

this, unless we carry 4 QB and RG3 will want a shot to start. He'll be a Texan or Brown in no time.

RG3 doesn't seem like the type to take a pay cut, and to be here he'd have to.

I'd take a flyer on him for a 6th or a 7th. But not more than that. I guess the real question is who would you rather have backing up Fitz this season. RG3 or Geno.

What this team needs is a quarterback that is known for creating friction with teammates.

no no no no no...you can't trade for him. if he is on the roster one day in 16 you have to pay him 16.5M so what are you going to do? cut him and he signs elsewhere keep him and where the hell are you coming up with 16.5M and even if you had it day 2 he would probably go down with a season ending injury and you would have to pay him anyway, it's guaranteed. he is untradeable period.

    This.

Absolutely no team is trading for him he will be cut.

Idk why people think a trade will happen with any team in the NFL. And if there is, RIP their cap.

I feel bad for the guy. Horrible situation. He came into the league already a star and had a pretty promising first year. Then due to bad luck with injuries and horrible management by the Redskins he turned into a joke. I believe he is washed now. Can he turn over a new leaf and have a nice career? Possibly. He would just have to go to a new team with as little pressure as possible on his shoulders. New York is not going to help him do that. He would totally suck with us and we would be a circus again.
