Quotes today: Wilkerson: "I never even considered (a training camp holdout). I'm one of the leaders of this team." Richardson: "Personal reasons. Y'all don't know my life. You wouldn't understand, and my opinion doesn't matter because y'all already have your stories written already... It won't happen again." *is announced to have been arrested 2 hours later*
His value is at an all time low, at the moment. No team is going to trade anything of value for him, and the Jets still have a control over him for the next two or three years, letting him go after today would be beyond stupid. If he's not suspended for a full season, they'll have two years at the very least to see if he cleans his act up.
what a great example Richardson is to the other players - yet fans are already thinking life after Mo. We can't be this dumb
Can you actually find me someone who is ready for life after Mo now that we know what we know about Richardson? Or are you just looking for something to complain about?
No weapons charges, no drug charges, no endangerment charges. Only traffic violations and evading arrest, which means his suspension would only increase by 1 or 2 games, if at all. Glad they smoked whatever marijuana they had before they got caught because a drug possession charge would have resulted in a year ban. And he might have become the first player in NFL history to enter Stage 3 of the Substance Abuse Program before even serving his punishment for Stage 2.
Sheldon on ESPN Radio and YES Network said he learned his lesson from smoking weed and then all of a sudden this report comes out. Sheldon is what I like to call the trash of America.
Until you find out that he regularly snorts cocaine while driving 150 miles per hour with toddlers in the car.
lmao... welp... *cancels sheldon richardson jersey order* .... *places muhammad wilkerson jersey order*
Hang on, his said this TWO HOURS AGO knowing that this news was coming. What goes through this dude's head? "I apologized to my teammates and this organization, and I told them they don't have to worry about my name being in the news again."
