Really ironic that Tom Brady's Samsung phone gets broken around the time of the investigation and he ends up buying himself a iPhone 6. ahah

I don't believe he'll need to answer "why" because the investigators said they didn't want his phone. Only relevant texts. If true, Brady's reps claim they gave all of the relevant information and then offered more, which Wells camp said they didn't want or need.

The destruction of the phone was an attempt by the NFL, and a VERY successful one, to grab headlines. The relevant information from said phone was already in their hands.

If this is all documented then the courts won't care, or shouldn't.

Also, how about the fact that the Patsies suspended the two employees?

No fault at all my ass. Sink deep Patriot Nation, bathe in the salty cheating tears of your own teardrops.

Truthfully that bit sounds like it was part of the backdoor deal the NFL worked with Kraft to reduce Brady's suspension. At least that's how Krafts statement made it sound, that's a pretty big shot fired at the NFL admitting that shady under the table deals are worked like that with the expectency of Brady being let go if he says the magic words to Goodell. Then Goodell doesn't follow through on his end of the deal.

One of the employees, I forget which one, should be reinstated. The one who brought the balls into the bathroom should remain suspended and that is probably the only penalty the league will end up having grounds to enforce anything against the Patriots' on.

So now Pats fans are starting a new narrative that says Brady did give everything the Wells investigators asked for? For real? Do you even believe yourself?

So he's guilty because he destroyed the phone you agree was never going to be in the hands of the NFL in the first place?

You just wasted 10 seconds of my life with your post.

Yes, it makes perfect sense that they got rid of those two completely overlooking that it provides incontrovertible evidence of their own guilt.

Yeah, I do believe myself. Wells was happy with what he received. Goodell wanted more. Goodell then found that the phone was destroyed several months ago and wasn't happy about it.

Brady had contact with 28 NFL employees during the timeframe in question covering over 10,000 texts and phone calls. Wells wanted names of everyone and specific conversations with a small number of those names. And he received them. He never wanted the phone and emphasised such to Brady's camp that he didn't want the physical device. Only information on it.

Destroying potential evidence is a tell-tale sign of innocence, people. Learn to come to grips with that idea, and you will realize what kind of a saint Cheating Tom really is.

Technically he is not guilty, however an adverse inference can be made that the phone contained potentially incriminating evidence against Brady in a civil court case. At the time the phone was destroyed - the day of or within days of his hearing - both he and his attorneys had knowledge that a civil court case was a potential legal outcome of the matter. Given the repeated requests to provide the cell phone to the NFL, both he and his attorneys also knew that the cell phone would be legally obtained via discovery in a likely civil court proceeding. Consquently the theory of spoilation of evidence - which is the civil law version of the criminal "tampering of evidence" - would be applicable in any potential civil proceeding. This is why Brady's bloviating will never amount to an actual day in a civil court trial as there is simply no way he can prevail at this point. Even if his attorney's attack the process, which will be their likely avenue of legal attack, absent any procedural flaw civil courts are loath to overturn such rulings. That would also expose them to Brady's actions during the process, which would now include the destruction of evidence and obstruction of the NFL's investigation.

So, before making such pronouncements about wasting "10 seconds of my life," please apply that standard to yourself before posting. I understand for you that it is bad enough being an idiot, however you are making things worse by posting such ignorant dribble and constantly reminding us of your stupidity.

How does Kraft agreeing to NFL penalties help exonerate Brady like he said in his presser today. The only way the union gets their injunction is if they can prove that Roger was unreasonable in coming to his decision. Jurisdiction is important since the Minnesota judge in the past has ruled against the NFL. Legal experts say that Roger's 20 page statement yesterday was well written and will hold water in court.

The nfl appealed the Minnesota judges ruling and they will win the appeal. So I doubt that judge will get involved again.
