This season has mostly been kind of disappointing for me...but, holy hell that episode was amazing! Top 3 moments for me: 1) Jon vaporizing the walker (obviously). The whole scene was great but that was glorious. 2) Cersei drinking the puddle water 3) Sansa discovering her brothers may not actually be dead
Really good episode. Hope for more of the same for the next 2 weeks. Got the feeling the makers had watching World War Z too much though!
Great great episode. I binge watched the last 3 episodes and the story is coming along nicely but that last episode was off the charts. Btw, the repartee between Tyrion and Daenerys was brilliant. _
Oh yeah after season 2 she mentioned that she got that into the contract about her bewbs were not going to be shown. It's a travesty but good for her for getting to this point. She is also Sarah Connor in the new Terminator film which looks really bad.
Yeah Stannis used to be one of my favorite characters, especially after he gave that speech to his daughter a few weeks ago. I can neither understand nor accept what he did last night. He's dead to me. You had to figure a dragon was coming to save them all. _
The Stannis thing was poor writing IMO. Having a bunch of scenes this season to set up how much he loves her and then doing that like it was nothing. I could go into some stuff from the books too but I won't be that douche
something that always bothered me about the Wall........ why haven't the Wildlings simply sailed around it?
Totally against what stannis did but I was also outraged when the red wedding occurred. It seems as if everytime the viewers get behind a person or storyline the writers and HBO do something absurd to change their opinions of them. Overall, though it was an awesome episode. I don't understand why the Harpys didn't go after Jora, Tyrion, and the others. They just kinda escaped.
Yeah they did a big bait and switch with stannis throwing in those scenes where he looks like a loving father just so they could have this shocking scene. It's lazy writing and absurd that we are to believe he went from the greyscale scene to killing her because of some burned supplies. And how come leeches are enough to kill balon, Joffrey, and Robb but apparently he has to burn shireen to take winterfell? Such bullshit
