Four games is about what I expected. The first and fourth was surprising. I thought Bellichick would be suspended as well.
So sweet. I guess this is what schadenfreude is all about. Brady should have manned up. Instead he threw his loyal underlings under the bus like a coward. That's the worst part in my book.
Bill should be punished as well under the Sean Peyton ignorance rule but the rest is pretty spot on to what i felt was reasonable. Now let's see if he folds on appeal. Is Kraft going to apologize now for demanding an apology?
Interesting that 4 games isn't so much it may just stick. If it was 8 or more you knew it wouldn't but 4 may and should.
It will be appealed and dropped down to 2. I don't know about you guys, but I would take my star qb being suspended for 2 or 4 games to win the superbowl in a fuckin heartbeat....it should have been 8.
My guess is they beat the Jags on cruise control, but there are definitely some losses in there sans Brady (I hope).
Brady may go to the HOF, BUT he will always be footnoted in stories, right up to his obit, how he was suspended for cheating.
Brady gets a defined 4 game suspension but the $30k a year attendants get suspended Indefinitely and have to show cause to be reinstated. Yeah, that's justice.
I tend to agree, but if I'm the NFL, deny any appeal in lieu of full cooperation with the investigation.
