This GM seems like he really does have a plan....I don't what his plan is but I think I like it.

I admit that of all our picks, I know next to nothing about Williams. Since I was do pro-offense, I did no research on him. I recognize that USC knows talent, but I am wary of any Sarkisian player. And Wilcox is hardly a great defensive coordinator. So I am skeptical. Sorry.

here's my favorite scouting report from before the draft:
    http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/2015/4/...ams-breakdown-scouting-report-damn-he-is-good

It's from a former NFL d-linemen Stephen White... It's obviously not NY Times work in the prose but it's fun to read and I like the videos that accompany the analysis.

EDIT: that arm-over swim move he's got.. .WOW. that's Warren Sapp-like. bull rush all game and then when you got the lineman lunging, do the dipsy-do like that and slide right by him.. fuck thats impressive.

    also love these passages:
"""I would actually consider taking Leonard Williams in the top 10 just off his ability to play the run [but] The fact that he is already a pretty good pass rusher in his own right would make him the consensus top pick in the draft most years."""

"""He fits in any defense and he makes pretty much any defense better. Williams is ideally suited as either a five-technique defensive end in a 3-4 or a three-technique defensive tackle in a 4-3. At 6'5 and just over 300 pounds, he literally could also play anywhere from left defensive end in a Seahawks-style four-man front to a zero nose tackle in a 3-4. A guy with the kind of power that Williams possesses who also uses his hands well is going to be a beyatch to block no matter where you put him anyway."""

I'm a USC fan and have seen most of their games. I have always thought Williams was overrated if I'm being honest. I hope I'm wrong.

you're a USC fan so we have to question your intelligence to begin with, but we'll take your opinion into consideration.

Only # in the 90's left is 90 same for D Smith in the teens with 17. They'll figure it out later.

Mauldin will probably wear a number in the 50's. If Williams really wants 94, I think Snacks would give it too him. But it will get sorted one way or another.

"five technique defensive end in a 3-4"
"three technique defensive tackle in a 4-3"
"zero nose tackle in a 3-4"

Can somebody post a link to schematic diagrams that illustrate these positions. Being totally serious here. Thanks.
