With 9 different poop combinations of color schemes...The Browns may not play like shit in 2015, but they will definitely look like it. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2430814-cleveland-browns-unveil-new-uniforms-for-2015-season
The "Cleveland" across the jersey and the "Browns" down the pant leg look bush league. The shoulder stripes just look stupid. Put them up at the shoulder or around the sleeve cuff. Half way between just looks half ass. Why does the NFL continue to fuck up uniforms? _
I wasn't a fan of their unis in the first place, but now they're way worse. Why are some of them red? Wtf, that's like the jets having blue, and I don't mean the throwbacks.
I don't get it,Its so easy to put together a good looking uniform .It took a lot of man hours and money to come up with that?I could have came up with a better design on my lunch break
The funny thing is, this is the design that WON. Can you imagine how shitty the other designs were that LOST to this load of crap? The winning design team must have started cracking up when they won like "Really?!? We were drunk when we came out with those unis, we just submitted them as a goof!" Kind of like MetLife Stadium. _
what can you really do w/ that color scheme? I don't think it is awful, I hate "Cleveland" on the chest though. most of the new uni designs have been awful in recent years.
Cleveland's design, albeit not the prettiest colors, was classic in nature for many years, much like the Yankees. Nothing spiffy, no radical changes to what suddenly became popular, but classic because it was able to withstand the test of time. I'm not sure what's worse, the new uni's or the claim to be "the Oregon of the NFL"
Them and Maryland, what with the Under Armour founder being an alum. And don't even think of getting me stared on Oregon's basketball courts.
I heard Nike pressured them to change the uniforms..I guess the old ones had been around so long that any fan they might have had already bought anything they intended to ever buy.
Nike knows the only way to stimulate sales was either change the uni or the browns start winning. they made the right move
