Get out of here with that blatant bunch of falsehoods. What do you think Tanny did for years? Idzik also listened to Rex in the draft, just not so much in FA, and for good reason.

No beef, I like him a lot. I'm just saying he's not exactly getting a lot of reps this year.

learning from these two is the best thing for him, he Pyor and Dee should feel blessed to play for such a secondary friendly team.

Mariotta is a goner. I thought this from the jump. Too many teams need a good qb. And with locker retiring the titans will take him in a second. No way were getting him unless we trade up. Looks like Fitz is our guy this year.

People are WAY too quick to discard Geno....I mean, this will be his 3rd year, and most QB's take at least a year or two to develop. There have been some recent exceptions, of course, so it's trendy now to expect a rookie QB to shine right away, but most still take time to develop. And Geno was extra young and immature when we drafted him, so he had some growing up to do. It was unrealistic to expect him to fly out of the gate.

I actually was not a fan of Geno in college, and I didn't want the Jets to draft him, but I've seen enough flashes to think that he might make big strides this year under Gailey and with Marshall and Decker to throw to.

Geno Smith is still the starter, but Fitzpatrick is the ideal backup.

I'm absolutely, positively sure that we could have had a much more successful draft and free agency last year under Mac than John. It would have potentially negated some of these moves to make us at least competitive.
I further believe the build throught the draft philosophy is still intact with Mac.

Save "Mac the Knife" for 2 years from now when half our shiny new toys are looking for jobs so we can pay Wilk and Sheldon. Or maybe lock up SB MVP Geno Smith 5 yr $100M with $60M guaranteed!

If any of you are married, you recognize the power of the wife. Cro's wife was really pissed when they left NYC and now I have a feeling Mrs. Cro is doing her happy dance all over Tempe AZ. :)

They were sixth in sacks, with some of the worst coverage imaginable

I think it will come from Coples and the Sons of Anarchy. ....plus, Demario Davis is a rising star, though I'm not sure if Bowles will use him to rush the passer. I think he could do it though. Not to mention the fact that with Mariota likely gone by pick 6, we will almost certainly draft one of the blue chip pass rushing prospects in the draft (Beasley, Gregory, or Ray most likely).

We will have a good pass rush this year, don't worry.

Here is my prediction for 2015. When it is all well and done Revis and Milliner will be the best duo in the NFL. Second to none. We are going from Revis island to the Green Bermuda Triangle. Many a good WR will be lost there forever.

IDK... yes and no, I mean I know they don't have the quintessential edge rusher BUT

There should no excuses for this DL this year in getting pressure on the QB. 3 1st round picks in Wilkerson, Coples and Richardson.. all wanting to get their pay day, with a high priced, great secondary behind them.. if they want to earn their big contracts too then sack the damn the QB and prove they don't need to invest big money in a one dimensional edge rusher to have a great D
