Local guys say it changes to ice here by 8 or 9 pm,,,,then heavy sleet,,,,,,does it even pay to get the snow blower out, is it gonna melt by the a m due to rain ,,,,,or are we in for all ice ? What do u think FJF ?
this will be all rain by midnite according to the temps and models. I don't know if it all disappears by morning though.

Thursday could see an 1" or 2 jersey gets more. System stays south of nyc. Then looking at the long range. I think we are done. Nothing significant in the models and the temps start trending up. We will watch thursday which will give jersey the last significant snow, temps crash friday and then we start seeing seasonally moderate temps jay, we miss ya, hope all is well.
Local weather site says we get a near miss and lite snow tonight,,,tv says we/ I get 2 to 4 and the city gets 4 to 8....we shall see,,,,,,,could be the last one of the year to keep tabs on guys,,,,,unless we get something crazy in 2 weeks which has happened before

haha, well I said temps were going to stop being freezing after a week more (this Sunday) - that's still true but in the mean time we have lots of bad weather coming in which I admit I didn't expect current forecast says 4-8" in NYC but the temperatures will be securely below freezing all day tomorrow so if the storm front moves more north than expected we will get more. The bigger totals are forecast to the south, it can easily shift to us
They also cancelled the knitting and crumpets festival. Shit is getting real. Fortunately the marmalade extravaganza is still a go at this point so well see.

I will tell you this, 6 oclock models just shifted north a bit. C you could be looking at 4-6". GG could be right on the money here.
