Because he was a clueless game manager, the actual (limited) offensive talent of the Bills overachieved under him. Definitely not my dream signing, but his age and layoff are the big concerns, not his resume.
Gailey is going to save Geno's career with the spread offense! Geno is a vertical style QB that needs to be slingin the rock up the field, not some west coast robot. I'm excited to see how Geno prospers with Gailey assuming Mariota or Winston won't be our guy
a beautiful fit... if we had a strong and smart free agency... i wouldn't mind us moving up a spot or two if needed.
Richard you read my mind...Smart people think alike, not to mention we share the same first name. You got that IQ.
Too much tot copy and paste. Just click the link http://www.buffalorumblings.com/2012/6/21/3105714/buffalo-bills-offense-chan-gailey-spread
Some of you are so lost. Chan Gailey was Chip Kelly before Chip Kelly. What is wrong with that? I think that's great. He wasn't a great Head Coach but how the heck do you think he got the HC job? Cause he was a great coordinator.
Westhoff says Gailey who he coached with in Miami is ok but not overly impressive. But I always thought his Bills teams came to play and were alright on offense. If he's OC it's an upgrade.
