He played in all 16 games but his groin was giving him issues. He was always a quick cut type of player and that did a number on his groin.
We don't have proof because the way he schemes his reports is through unanimous sources, it is hard to disprove someone if they don't even put a true source on print. You can't question a source for truth if there is no named source to question. The guy always writes shit that just smells extremely fowl, often times it comes off very amateurish even. Just reading it a lot of times, it just sounds made up. I don't believe that he lies about everything, I'm sure he does write credible things as well, there are times where I have agreed with him on things when he has provided a solid source behind it. If you don't have a named source, it's hard to take you seriously. It's just natural to question a guy when his motives hinges on the words of mystery men behind the scene that nobody knows. You just can't take that seriously as a fan, I know I don't. Which is why I mostly can't take Manish seriously in any capacity. It's just not professional reporting in my honest opinion.
Just seems like to me that if there was even the POSSIBILITY that a reporter was routinely LYING about sources, he would have to be fired immediately by his company. Thats a lawsuit liability - slander and libel are serious charges. Just my 2 cents.
fans get upset when reporters have negative info and seem to be overly negative in general but we haven't been good so we need to expect negativity.
Kind of what I was thinking as well. Mehta isn't the most talented reporter out there but I would definitely think that his editor would have to reel him in if he were lying too much. They may not be able to print the "source" but both the reporter and editor know who it is. They must feel it's got some kind of credibility or they wouldn't run with it. Mehta IS a cockroach for the most part but it doesn't necessarily make what he's writing not true. Then again...who knows.

Apparenly Mort just said on TV that Quinn is the favorite to land the job and Marrone doesn't have much of a shot. This is phenomenal news.
But the real question is "What can you point to that indicates Marrone would have won six or eight games here or even two?" I understand how people gave up on Ryan but nobody out there has put forth anything solid to hang Marrone's hat on the head coach locker hook.
