    MM >>>>>> Hackett

But most potential OCs are > MM.

How much of that was Rextard telling him to ground and pound and wildcat. Maybe a wildcat pass to Geno?

Steve Young and I disagree. I attribute our offensive woes more on Geno than MM.

Our D gave up over 400 points this year, any hack DC can do better than that.

Watching all of you bash this guy for the last two years, and now you all want him?

Jets fans are hilarious. I've seen this behavior with many before Marrone, including Revis and Sanchez.

You guys think everyone sucks until there's a chance the Jets are interested, and then all of a sudden they're great... LOL.

He was a terrible playcaller long before he got here.

Axle - Good info with that Schefter post. Great insight on Marrone that most of us had no idea about.

That would be an intriguing option. I wouldn't be opposed to him.

Again Steve Young and I disagree. While not every play call was great, I thought our offense suffered more from poor execution deriving from a flawed roster combination.

Welcome to being a sports fan of any team in any sport.

Cleveland fans wished death on Lebron when he left, and now they worship him again.

Ok. What about the Eagles offense for all those years when the biggest criticism was the playcalling?

    He's not mediocre.
    He's worse than that.
    Mediocre is average, unexceptional.
    Marrone is awful.
    He's a buffoon.
Oh and btw he has the same agent and is friends with Shefter - lest y'all be taken in.

Marrone is awful, a buffoon. Really?

Did he lose 8 games in a row?

Nearly every fan base thinks they can improve at OC. I'm not saying MM doesn't make the occasional WTF play call, but truth be told play calls always suck the minute after they don't work. Eagles fans' issues with his play calling aside, he had their offense ranked in the top 10 5 out of the 7 years he called plays. Bottom line is that he is a well respected and accomplished OC, and the best we've had here in years.
