I think Marrone is the guy who said Geno reminded him a little of Namath. Might have been Schiano though. Rutgers game planned against WVU also.

 

Its so annoying, QBs are only 1 player on an offense that AT MOST impacts a game 50%.........if not 45%.....(45 offense, 45 defense, 10 special teams)......

So the QB doesnt even control the majority of the game, and even on offense alone their are many more factors. So the QB really is only about 25% of the game at most tbh.......

I've been saying this for years, but still idiots everywhere you go, message boards, the bar, ESPN, you name it will say something stupid like Flacco is an elite QB because he has a ring now. I've never understood how people can say 1 player out of dozens can control an entire game. It's mind blowing to me.

 

The name Hackett does send a chill down my spine. I'd love to be able to keep MM.

Marrone is a complete fraud.
He did not draft the players on D.
Neither did he coach them up. Pettine and Schwartz did that.
He and his useless bumboy OC ran the O. It's one of the worst in the league.
DM is an O-line specialist - the Bills line was absolutely atrocious and actually regressed under his watch.
His philosophy on O is a stifling antiquated 19th century ultra conservative unimaginative steaming pile of crap.
With no Rex to run the D and Marrone Hackett running the O rest assured that the whole Jets nation will experience a blight like none before.
And that's saying something.
