I really like the AFC playoff field this year. There usually aren't many teams that can go into Foxboro and beat the Pussies, but this year I'd argue the Bengals are the only one that can't. It makes me a lot less worried that they have the 1 seed. I can't wait to see what excuse you guys come up with for why you didn't win the Super Bowl this year. Will it be a terrible call by a ref? This is patently false. Picks are only ever taken away if a team has "also reached out to a player or to one of his representatives" in an illegal/unwarrented manner. Unless Woody also texted Revis or his agent and tried to get him to jump ship, nothing will happen. Please go back to Foxboro and watch your team lose to the Steelers or Ravens.
It's clear from both the wording and the example provided in the rule that Woody has tampered. I didn't read anywhere in the rule that said that the team representative needed to be in contact with the player's representative. I do see your point, however, but I'm not sure that it matters that it wasn't direct contact with Revis' representatives. This is a fairly unique case in that it takes a real idiot to make this type of comment.

As punishment Woody will not be allowed to have his smart phone or guests in his suite at the games. He will be forced to watch the action on the field.
It may be tampering, but picks won't be taken away so it's no big deal as a fan. If you can find me a single example of a team losing picks for tampering (that doesn't include the tamperer illegally reaching out to the player or his representatives), I would take your claim more seriously.
