Their backup goalie Chad Johnson is a disaster, most of the losses they have are attributed to him.

He gives up weak goals and cannot keep them ahead. Honestly I'm surprised they have not reassigned him and looked to some one else.

And their ability to kill pp is so bad, they are almost las in the league, f they could improve on that they could go deep into the playoffs.

Impressive win vs Bolts trailing 1-0 with 3 minutes left, winning 3-1

Well, I was at the game tonight. Habs fans a fucking assholes. Much worse than Rag$ fans and worse than Bruins fans. Totally disrespectful as visiting fans.

What a crappy loss,,,I understand its Poulin in net but a 3 goal lead in the 3 rd period against the Sabres no less ! This was a pretty bad loss ! I will take the record and the win but ugh this one was tough to swallow

Their defense was non existent, they played down to the competition, when Brock Nelson casually skated back after he broke his stick and buffalo scored the short handed goal, I felt they were in trouble.

Buffalo was going to the net at will and no one was making them pay the price for it.

Amazing,,,,,blew another 3 goal lead but at least the get to scoot away with a win in OT.
Team is missing a few things,,,,all year I have wanted a QB for the power play and a more offensive defenseman but lately I would settle for defense period !

They need a backup goalie. CJ has been a disappointment and Poulin flat out sucks. Halak has a history of injuries and the most he has ever played in a season in around 50-55 games.

I'm going to the sound tigers game on Saturday, I'll do some scouting and see who is playing goalie and who is on defense.

It's fun seeing the future stars of the team.

Anders Lee, Brock, dehaan, had the privilege of seeing those guys develope in the minors.

The isles have good secondary players, what they need is a great secondary player to help Tavares.

    Towes, Kane/ Crosby, Malkin, Tavares/?

Menace I agree,,,,,,,we need a backup goalie a legit backup badly,,,,would have liked Marty,,,,,,,I love Boychuk but we really could use a power play defenseman . I know we have the kid defenseman ( whos name escapes me right now starts with a P ) in the minors but can't we pull off a deal or deals ? There has to be a guy or 2 out there who we can get who is owed money ? This team can make a legit run this year if we ad a few more pieces, otherwise we might as well just enjoy the ride an next year will be a blast !

Saw them last Saturday, they looked ok against the Albany Devils, Pulock was very strong in the corners.

The penalties and some killer turnovers by Vaughn in their defensive zone were the turning point in the game. 5 on 5 they held their own, but they don't have a playmaker that is ready to jump to the next level.

Conacher played well but his penalties also contributed to the loss, anyone they call up will be a 3 or 4th line player, might as well let them just play and get stronger and more experience.
