Woody and his tard patrol have shown without a doubt that they cannot find a GM at all, successful or unsuccessful, without being told who to hire. Parcells told them to hire Bradway and then to promote his salary cap butt boy Tannenbaum. Then they publicly hired consulting firm to find Idzik. What's next? Magic 8 ball? I have zero faith that the next guy, if Idzik is actually fired, will have any ability at all in personnel matters.
You're talking about something different than the talent on the field. Even the most incompetent talent evaluators SHOULD be able to pick better talent the better pick they have. If Carrot Top was Indy's GM back in 2012, I'm pretty sure he's still taking Luck. As long as we're all going red herrings, as it were. _
Good points, the front office moves this offseason should be interesting, heres to hoping the Jets piss off all these armchair GM's and win out.

It's not so much that we're rooting for them to lose. I always want them to win. I was very happy on Monday when they were winning. It's just that if they lose, there's a silver lining. I don't think it matters how we root with Geno playing and 9 in the box.
This is where I'm at too. I have zero faith not only in Woody's decision making when it comes to hiring anyone but his maid staff, but I also have very little faith in their ability to draft high and draft well. I have this nagging feeling that even if we lose out, it won't matter because if the necessary moves aren't done with this FO/CS, it won't matter where we draft or even who we draft. Win/Lose? It really won't matter if we're 2-14 or 4-10 unless we get SOMEONE in the FO that can recognize talent and that rules out Idzik and Ryan if we're gonna revamp the offense.
I could never root against the Jets. In our current situation if they lose they lose, but I can't sit in front of a TV and actively root for the Jets to fuck up. I think that's the situation we are in now. To root for the Dolphins to beat the Jets on MNF? Not in my DNA - it should not be in any Jet fans' DNA either.

I fell asleep during that game being tired from work and I didn't care ,I've never fallen asleep during a Jets game ever that's how unimportant that game was for me.Who cares if we lose to a divison rival at this point no game we win will matter for this teams future.I'm not gonna be rooting for the Vikings to win but I sure hope they do
