    I never wrote, or even implied, that I wanted Idzik back. In point of fact, I explicitly wrote that I believed we should clean house and "hire a new GM and coach." My comment was purely a critique of the logic being used to support a point of view.

    I'm just trying to figure out what Walls is doing on this list of our apparent "young talent".Walls is a special teamer on 30 other teams maybe 4th on depth chart at best

    That's harsh. I think he would actually be a good a nickel; Wilson has been our nickel for years for Christ sake.

    I'm in for another year or two with Rex...anyone who expected a winner this year wasn't paying attention to how fortunate the team was to be 8-8 last year. With the loss of the Corners coming in to this season and the O-line and question mark at QB anyone that was expecting a good season was setting themselves up for disappointment. The Jets have to address CB, OL, and QB this off season.

    He would be a great nickel but the question is can we melt him?Just like most nickels they end up on the floor of our car or in our couch cushions never to be seen or used again

    Even tho I've scanned across this thread title 7, 8 times now, every time i read it as "why there is NO hope" Guess it's just been that kind of day.
