With all those penalties again today...I cannot wait to see Rex get fired for his lack of discipline and control
They think he's funny. What can I tell ya? I guess they find his false bravado Bullshit, and his Lame Ass excuses amusing also. IDK tho. I blame Wouldy nonetheless. That Assclown, Useless Tool, insists on doing things his way. Wouldy is most likely the most incompetent human being to own a professional sports franchise. We are fucked with this mumbling schmuck as our our owner
I bet we could get Rex to sign a long term contract for federal minimum wage if we offer it before the game ends!
Looking at him on the sideline recognizing the FAIL is sad and ugly. They gotta start over... tonite.... and let Rex go. Anybody who's not in next week can GTFOH too. Some people gonna have to go
sadly, this isn't even the worst loss of the season. getting run by the Bears looks to be a worse defeat. They are almost as bad as us and we couldn't even get one lead in that game. but, hey, we played them close! get this man another year!
This needs to be kept alive here: Postgame conference... Rex Ryan: "First off, I'd like to apologize to the Jets fans, we -"
Whats really sad if half of the clowns who voted on the poll on the main page think this guy should NOT be fired. I wonder how many of them changed their mind after today.
God Forbid...And what, criticize Rex after back to back AFCG and all the hilarity he gave us!? "All great truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident." ~ Arthur Schopenhauer
press release after post game conference EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Observed and heard in the locker room after the Jets' 43-23 loss to the Buffalo Bills: Rex Ryan was noncommittal on whether Geno Smith will continue as the starting quarterback, saying: "I have no idea. We'll look at that later." - WHAT, he needs to look at that???? Was he watching the same games as we have??? Ryan said Smith "just seemed off," an obvious understatement. - You think!!! The struggling second-year quarterback became the first quarterback since 2012 to throw three interceptions in a first quarter. He finished with a 0.0 passer rating, which is hard to do. - Hard to do, I thought impossible! Publicly, no one picked a side in the quarterback controversy, but there was a definite sense in the locker room that the confidence level in Smith is waning. While not naming Smith, several players bemoaned the early turnovers. It's not hard to read the tea leaves. - does this even need a comment? Smith said his performance was "just atrocious." - I am sure many on here have better adjectives
You nailed it! Best 1-7 team in the history of the NFL. Any idea how hard it is to be 1-7 with the best D in the NFL (Calvin Pace) along with the best CB in the NFL too? That sir, takes a certain talent.
If the Jets played the Jags next week, it would be an epic battle of the two best 1-7 teams we have ever witnessed.
