Rex won't name a starter after the game, he'll say something like 'we have to look at the film and make an organizational decision' but if there is any brainpower left in Florham Park they'll eventually make the right choice.
A week or so ago...I'd agree...I could see Rex starting Geno next week. Not now..... Vick is healthy and Vick starts. With the "supposed" weak part of our schedule ahead of us and the playoff door not "mathematically" closed...more importantly, Rex Ryan's job not completely lost...he will play whoever he thinks gives him the best chance to win week in and out...that's what I think...
Rex is coaching for his life. Vick starts rest of season and Simms elevated from practice squad and we cut a receiver. Simple as that. Geno isn't an NFL qb. This is coming off a bye.
Rex needs to be selfish about his own job security and name Vick the starter. Geno isn't mentally there...
If Rex starts Geno next week, it will be abundantly clear that he doesnt care about his job security here. It wouldnt surprise me though considering how long he stuck with Sanchez.
Where is that clown Adam Schien? The same clown who hated on Sanchez? The same clown he was proclaiming Geno as the savior? The same clown who pick Houston and Atlanta to reach the Super Bowl last season?
It doesn't matter anyway. Our owner spent his college years beer bonging it at University of Arizona. What a loser.
The weird thing is after seeing Geno the last 2 weeks it really looked like he made strides since San Diego but he was just atrocious. That's not acceptable at this point in his career.
I saw that fucker on 52nd street drinking Starbucks and walking in the street with a major swag walk. Dude thinks he is superfly.
Real happy he's no longer on the Jets post-game show. Chad Cascadden is pretty good and Westhoff is always great. I can do with less Ray Lucas.
