I don't get these comments. They're 8th in total defense after playing a slew of outstanding offenses. Rex has done a great job with this group. His secondary wouldn't even be a good college secondary.

Because a WR and a saftey are playing CB,we should give the popcorn guy in the crowd a shot at CB at this point ,he would be a good Idzik guy and he can still serve popcorn during Giant games
Why don't we put the blame were it belongs. Hakim was put in because our secondary blows, our CBs are dreadful, our safety not even close to were he needs to be.....and Hakim saved the touchdown. Blame whomever tickles your fancy, but the key problem is lack of talent, period, end of story.

Rex has to do a LITTLE better than that, at least keep guys in their natural positions even if they stink. These guys aren't exactly Troy Brown in terms of intelligence to switch over. Unless he's intentionally trying to tank as a **** you to Idzik for not giving him corners.
I was thinking how brilliant it would be to keep Allen on Watkins one on one for the rest of the game. I'm pretty sure Rex is thinking the same thing too.
We've had a bad 3rd down defense for a while now. His overload blitzes haven't worked well in years. Just a little bit of reality for all the Rex nut-huggers out there.
