If Revis reaches FA this year, do you want us to sign him?

I want to watch him play in Oakland for his DC Rex Ryan next year.

Personally I think if we signed Revis and re-signed Harris, there's about a 95% chance we'd have the top defense in the NFL.

Re-sign Kerley, add a WR like Maclin in FA, and draft a QB (Mariota?). Let Geno and the rookie battle it out in the preseason. Draft a stud WR prospect in the second (or perhaps move up into the back end of the first) and a developmental MLB to sit behind Harris for a year or so.

This is all totally possible, and we'd have a top D, and a ton of offensive weapons in Decker, Maclin, Kerley, rookie WR, Ivory, and Amaro.

    Just an opinion.

As someone else said, Fuck Revis.

Maclin has been negotiating a long term deal with the Eagles.

We aren't ready to spend big in FA until we have our QB situation figured out.

Neither one of them can cover a TE going across the middle.

With Antonio Allen resuming his role at safety next year, that's what he would do.

...and AA will be resuming his role of getting torched by every WR and TE humanly possible.

Allen played very well covering TE's last year. Trying to swap back and forth between covering WR's and TE's is very difficult. I'm confident he will do better next year in his more natural role.

94Abe has sort of a limited attention span. He wanted to crucify Mangold for watching his sister compete in the Olympics. Don't abuse the limited mind of a specialty fan.

    Hi max

I said No and I have 3 reasons.

    1) Age is catching up to him and a slow Revis isn't worth the money he is asking for.
    2) He doesn't give me any trust that he won't hold out again in a Jets uniform.
    3) I can't forgive him for wearing a Pats uniform.

Voted yes to the same question that 2 months ago I would've said hell no to. I'm sure by now he knows he plays best under Rex Ryan (if he's back) and he has to understand he's not worth the money we let him go for. Sign him if he becomes a FA but don't break the bank.

I understand you're issue with him becoming a Pat, it was kind of a fuck you to the Jets. However, he has not noticeably slowed down, not to mention elite technique CB's like Woodson and Bailey were very very good into their mid 30's. Also, I'm talking about a 1-2 year deal, so a holdout is not something you would ever worry about. It gives us time to see what McDougle has and draft another CB after 2015 if we don't like what we see in McDougle.

Depends on the price. Also i'd love for him to mentor Milliner and McDougle, because lord knows we need a decent #2 ... our whole DB roster sucks badly.
