I think if we took a poll, the dominant opinion would be to fire the OC & bring in somebody else to work with Rex. Not saying I agree but I really think Rex is immune to criticism from many fans. Even if the Jets finish this season with one win.
Royal, that's why I never liked him as a draft pick or a Jet, he has this demeanor that the world owes him something
Having Ellis and Barnes inactive in 95 degrees heat was not a smart move by Rex and crew. Dline getting gassed.
I hate to say it, but this is at least third TD this year that the Jets have allowed in last 2:00 minutes of the half. Just pitiful. Rex is extremely overrated as a defensive coordinator.
5 yard slants are all this team can complete. Cutting Hill was such a mistake. There is no speed on this team. Hill might have been bad, but at least he could stretch the field and worry CB's with his speed.
Well, that about does it for the game, the season and this staff. I have always wanted to believe in Rex, but he's simply not a head coach. Hasn't developed a QB his entire tenure with the Jets, is stubborn with his d play calls and simply isn't a well rounded enough coach to be a head coach. And Woody better get on the phone with his search firm because they clearly got it wrong with Idzik as well. Save Richardson, there hasn't been one good pick that's helped improve this team. His lack of spending money on additional receivers and db's is pure negligence and quite frankly is a fireable offense. Hate to say it boys, but despite the talent on the d line, we're back in rebuild mode.
