I think it's worth taking a flyer on. I know it a bad sign that he couldn't produce with Brady but he did better then most of our WR last year and something just seems off with the pats this year... http://mweb.cbssports.com/fantasy/f...rt-patriots-waive-kenbrell-thompkins?v=1&vc=1
Not for nothing but none of NE's WRs are producing with Brady. I'd def bring him in. Maybe they'll cut Dobson too
Also I suspect they are hoping he makes it to the practice squad so it will be worth it just to ruin their day.
Albert Breer likes it @AlbertBreer If I'm Rex Ryan, I read Tom Brady's comments on Thompkins, look at my situation, and rush to the waiver wire (if it IS, in fact, a place).
Did he really though? He was only active for 2 games. Wasn't like he was starting or seeing any type of significant playing time.
Was about to say he was cut for arguing with OC McDaniels but that was Dobson who did that. He has shown some flash so I would give it a shot.
they did it for roster mobility. how does cutting an undrafted fa who's been inactive half the games this year send a message?
a 85 percent chance he is a jet id imagine especially with the upcoming game and the clear need at WR
500 yards & 4 TD with Brady. So I'm guessing his ceiling would be lower within the constraints of this offense. Give the snaps to Salas & have the OC focus on trying to develop somebody on this roster/practice squad. Hopefully, somebody develops that can be solid receiver #3 or receiver #4 next year for small salary.
"With Brady" No one Brady has been throwing to has put up any numbers since Hernandez offed that guy lets be real plus this guyhas produced more on less snaps than some of our JAGs do you guys really want to trot out TJ Graham.
