That's not the point. This is football. Things happen. You have NO IDEA what would have happened.

I would think that, in a situation like this, the referee should know the rule and therefore wave off MM's attempt to call timeout. Upon waving it off, the ball would have been snapped and the play would have unfolded the way it did anyway.

We got shafted. But, c'est la vie.

I don't fault him for that INT.

If the Jets handle their business, they would not leave the chance of this happening

Why would Rex tell him when Rex was standing directly behind the ref? You can see Sheldon noticing MM and then making his move. There is no logical reasoning that points back to Rex calling the TO. MM tried to signal Rex/ the ref, Rex didn't see him, Sheldon saw him, ref heard Sheldon, ref called it.

How many under thrown/non perfect passes did Rodgers throw today? Yet those passes were caught and the receivers make plays. This overly nitpicking is getting annoying.

I just don't get it. The NFL is too busy disciplining a bunch of thugs that they can't hire anyone who knows the fucking rules of the game. Unbelievable.

If Rex did say that then what exactly was he complaining about? Marty wasn't complaining at all. He realized he fucked up.

Has any other team in history ever had a game tying TD negated by their own timeout?

I'm really just speechless at how this game turned out the final 32 minutes to be exact.

Well get over it. Just calling it as I see it. On my next post I defended Geno on the INT. I don't see you getting your panties in a bunch about that.
