Yeah surprised to admit it but Clausen didn't look bad in either game in extended play. If the try to sneak Fales onto the practice squad I'm personally driving to Florham Park and storming Idzik's office.

Ah we will see, I thought Fales fit in because he played in the WCO which the Jets are currently operating under right now.

We drafted Shaq Evans, Dakota Dozier and Jeremiah George before Mettenberger.

Jeremiah George. Inside LB 5-11 234 LBS.

Marino's record breaking year was 1984.

    Oh, wrong narrative. Sorry.

Mettenberger is a statue. Too slow and unathletic for today's NFL. He's like Drew Bledsoe but worse, more of a statue. That's nice he had a good preseason game maybe he could be a successful backup, I suppose

    I
Agreed. I've seen Mettenberger rifle a bullet on a long down and out, i.e. a 40-yd. rope. I've also seen him rifle a brick at the feet of a check down back sitting 10 yards to his right in the flat.

Big, erratic arm; big, static feet.

I call shotgun for that road trip, I'd even pay for gas! Seriously, if Fales gets put on the practice squad we better sign him asap. I don't care which fringe player we'd have to cut to make room on our active roster, cause you can never have too much young talent at the quarterback position.

I forgot Carr was even out there lol

With all the talk about Manziel, Bortles, and Bridgewater, I completely forgot about that guy haha

    Apparently McGloin played very well.

Still Carr led 3 scoring drives, the TD and 2 FGs.

Too bad Carr suffered a concussion and possible broken ribs. Will be out for a little while

What pisses me the fuck off the most is that I absolutely loved Garoppolo in the draft. For weeks I was saying how we need to draft this guy. Now I can't even root for him. He's looking very promising and I can't even root for the guys success because he's on New England.

    Fuckin blows

Yeah. He left the game early with a concussion but also told team doctors that he got hit and heard a crunch. They think it's possible broken ribs

Yup. And man it would really suck if he replaces Brady eventually and plays at a high level.

I'm scared that's what's happening right now. He is being groomed by one of the best QBs to ever walk this earth. He is thriving right now with his few expected rookie mistakes.

Knowing the Jets luck, he will be a stud in a few years, Brady will retire and Gorappolo will step in for years to come. For fucks sake.
