Waiters is a good player with a lot of offensive potential. Should be interesting to see him work with an offensive coach and not Mike Brown who knows nothing about offense in general. Oh yeah Lebron too.
They should trade Waiters. He's a selfish bitch. I'd trade Waiters before I would trade Wiggins. Wiggins, based on his game, has the potential to be a great complement to Lebron. I doubt Minny would accept a package with Waiters as the headliner though.
The Cavs originally offered a package of Waiters, bunch of first rounders and Bennett for Love I believe. Twolves didn't accept.
Wow yeah that's unfortunate for them and I don't blame Minny. I would hold out though. No need to rush a trade if you are Cleveland and it's not like there are a great amount of suitors. Maybe closer to the deadline when they realize they are going to lose Love for nothing Minny would accept such a trade
Yeah see this is what I dont get. Why would either side be rushing the trade? Wouldnt the Cavaliers wait it out to see if they dont have to give up as much while the Twvoles wait it out to see if they can get more? I dont see this trade going down until the deadline, yet BSPN is saying that on August 24 it will be made official.
FOX has reported this too, and others such as Chris Sherridan believe the trade will go down as well. It's ashame , the Cleveland Cavaliers were the incompetent franchise over the last four years, but they somehow landed the best PF in the game, and the best player in the world. But I guess stuff like this is bound to happen , when a league has a stupid system like the lottery.
The only reason they would trade for Love now is because Lebron James is forcing them to do so. He wants Love in camp rather than in February where it might be difficult to gel. If that is the case then the amount of pressure on Lebron James to win a title next year has multiplied by 10. He better win because he is officially screwing with Andrew Wiggins (which really isnt cool considering Lebron probably does not go to Cleveland if they didnt get that #1 pick, like we discussed, the #1 pick opened up the floodgates for Lebron to return to Cleveland, Im sure at this point Wiggins is wishing Lebron would have never shown up)
Oh come on Soxxx. The Thunder have beaten the Spurs plenty, and plenty of times in recent years, and your example is just of one year's playoff tournament. Every year, every team is different.
I am sorry, I just dont see it with the Thunder. Ya got the Clipper this year but if they played again next year I believe they would come out on top. The Thunder should make it a priority to get the #1 seed.

Exactly. I said a lot earlier in this thread that all these players will follow because of LeBron and posters on here blew up saying that was false and it's more than just one player. So far, LeBron has brought over Love, James Jones, and Mike Miller and is on the verge of bringing Ray Allen and Shawn Marion. Bullshit that players aren't flocking towards LeBron.
Just like that, the whole "it will take time" approach Lebron said, is out the window. Finals or Bust for Cavaliers.
