Great post, Superhippy! I agree. I have always thought the Jets schedule looked pretty tough at the beginning too. I did not factor in the possibility that the Jets could be a tough opponent to those teams though. Only 2 days in, but the Jets are making me more confident/optimistic than I expected.

    Sushi and the regular season?

Sorry had to do it! :p

I wish I had one of those near me. Personally, the best subs I've had is Longfellows subs in Morristown, NJ. They load the meat up on them and the bread quality is top notch. I'm betting the place you go to is very similar! Although high quality bread is kind of a NY/NJ thing.

Tanny was fired for paying Sanchez 99% more than what he was worth and then extending him.

Spot on post. Idzik has really turned things around faster than most of us could have imagined. If Geno and McDougal pan out then we may have had two consecutive drafts that will shape this team and division for years to come

Aww that's too bad. I was hoping he'd get some game time.

I was looking forward to hear the announcers mangle his name.

If we win with this team, it will largely be due to Rex, just like last year.

Sanchez is on the Eagles now. maybe you should be on their forum?

    Philly's camp starts tomorrow.

Sanchez has got to show way better consistency or he'll be out on his dancing ass.

Calling it now: Sanchez throws a pick 6 by his third pass.

Don't blow your load. The Jets play Philly in preseason every year. And we are guaranteed to face Sanchez.

He can throw more than one. I assure you my load will be ready to go by the preseason game.

Cortland can be brutal in the summer...not just the heat but the allergens and rural odors.

No that's important. Many think that someone like Vick was born without bowels. But not only does he poop but he does it in a structure that looks similar to what most people use. A real man of the people if you ask me.

I realize that Rex and Michelle Ryan have an open marriage ... but this is a stretch.

so which dlinemen of our wills come away with an INT? I'd go with Richardson if Sanchez were starting for some reason.

Grunching this thread because I don't have the time or inclination right now to sift through 25 pages of stuff spread through two days of practices.

Would someone be willing to provide a brief summary of major takeaways to be gleaned from the first two days of practice or direct me to post/s along those lines that were already made in this thread?

Edit: nevermind mostly I'm just going to sift through the twitter beat reporters.
