I've been driving the Brooks is a bad coach bandwagon for a while :)

I don't think he's the worst or even that bad overall, I'm just really critical of him. I don't like his X's and O's basically

Bulls at the top? I don't see it. They will be good if Rose stays healthy, but not #1 in the east. Gasol is a good player, but he's a shell of his former self. We're not getting the same dude that won all the titles with the Lakers. People predict that Bulls will win the east or at least get #2 every year. Every year Rose gets hurt. I don't see it happening based on history. I also don't see the Nets making it and Pacers will be lower along with Wizards. Bobcats? Meh. I see the Knicks and Raptors both getting in and my outlandish prediction for the east this year? The Bucks will make the playoffs.

Are you kidding me? Brooks is not even in Spo's class. He catches alot fo flak for no reason. Other than the 2011 Mavs series Spo has been a very good coach for Miami. Please do not ever put Brooks in the same sentence as SPO, that's disrespectful. Come back to me with that when Brooks gets his team to play beautiful during a twenty plus winning streak.

Oh stop it... Spo aint all that special. I give scott brooks more respect than spo. Spo got these superstars in the prime of their careers, Brooks turned a very young and inexperienced team into winners early. We were 10 seconds away from a game 7 with san antonio before they went on to destroy everything the "Big 3" in miami ever stood for. Prior to WCF OKC owned San Antonio with ease 8-0 win streak if im not mistaken. IDK wtf Brooks was thinking in the playofs this year though his lineups and match ups were questionable

I dont think Spoelstra is anything to special. I firmly believe the Heat would have won 3 titles if they had a greater basketball mind in the head coach position. 2 titles is a alot, but it should have been 3. That Mavericks series has become a major blemish on the Heat organization, and on Lebron James.

Spoelstra gets way too much credit for doing little to nothing. Riley ran that team every practice and when going to games, you could see him calling plays from the stands.

Let's also not forget the best basketball player in the world was on that team, paired with two top ten players, one of which is a guaranteed first ballot hall of famer. It's pretty simple when all those guys are on the court, especially LeBron.

I want to say alot of things, but I'll try to be nice. Did you watch the during the twenty seven game winning streak? Did you watch the semis in 2012 when Bosh went down? SPO basically reinvented himself during the 2012 playoffs, and is one of the reasons why small ball took off. And if you give Brooks more credit than Spo, you are kind of clueless. That Scott Brooks guy played KENDRICK PERKINS against the Heat in a 7 game series, and guess what he did it AGAIN . I'm really tired of people making asinine statements without coming with anything to the table. Spo is is a better coach than Brooks period.

And you wonder if John Calipari regrets turning down that $80 million the Cavaliers apparently offered him 2 months ago.

I never said he was special, I said he was very good coach. And SPO doesn't get any credit, he's always getting bashed. Riley did not call the plays from the stands lmao, and if you really think that then you really need to go watch this guy called Bballbreakdown. He provides expert breakdowns, and I have seen clips that show pointing to his chest, his sign to run the HORNS set.

Scott Brooks is horrendous when it comes to offense. That offense has no rhythm, luckily the talent kinda hides it.

I've watched him do it at the games. I've sat there and watched Spoelstra turn around, look at Riley, Riley signals a call and Spoelstra signals it to the court. I've seen it first hand.

The best part is, everyone in Miami knows this. No one thinks Spoelstra does much of anything. In fact, Heat fans are usually the first ones to tell you Riley is the brain there, not Spo.

    You keep believing that.

I live here, experienced it, and listen to all these guys talk about it. Radio shows, TV shows, analysts, fans, etc.

He starts as head coach in 2008.

First year - 3rd in Southeast and loses in first round of playoffs.

Second year - 3rd in Southeast and loses in first round of playoffs.

He then gets LeBron James and Chris Bosh.

Third Year - 1st in Southeast and loses in NBA Finals.

Fourth Year - 1st in Southeast and wins championship.

Fifth Year - 1st in Southeast and wins championship.

Sixth Year - 1st in Southeast and loses in NBA Finals.

Before LeBron and Bosh, his record was 90-74.

He gets LeBron and Bosh, his record is 214-88.

Before LeBron and Bosh he won 4 playoff games. They come aboard and he wins 59 LOL

    .......

If Spoelstras so great then the Heat will win the East next year. Maybe he can get Bosh to pull a 2011 Dirk?

He'll continue suit like he did before LeBron. Barely get in the playoffs and then lose in the first round. That's what he does when he doesn't have the best basketball player on the planet on his roster.
