I think someone has to take him, problem is if you take him you pretty much have to keep him on your roster for the year. But I'll stick with KC or SF as possible destinations.

I did, I had Boyd in my Final mock in rd 6. Rex really loves the Kid.

Boyd isn't perfect but will be a good back-up with potential.

The thing I like about our picks is everyone could somehow make the squad.

First 5 rounds are locks IMO
6th round - Quincy makes it, Boyd take Simms spot -- Dixon and IK will be tough

I did to. I still like to see Jets take him.

He's not that much of a runner. If we went wildcat QB we should've went Tebow JR. Jordan Lynch

I think the Jets covered the basic needs pretty well. We have 12 CB's and what 10 WR's now? Boyd is a good value pick since Vick is a 1 year rental at best.

The guys on NFLN suggested using Boyd as a change of pace QB in short yardage situations. I really hope we've learned from our mistakes there.

I'd welcome Sam..... We need a pass rush, and he can do that, it would be a good fit for both sides.

I am a clemson alum, taj boyd is not a scrambler, just bc hes black doesnt mean hes fast. He can elude when needed, but not a scrambler. Throws the best deep ball, seriously. Only thing thats wrong with him is decision making, very good potential imo.

He's more of an instinctive runner than Geno is. But, I hope they don't use him in that fashion.

I don't care what he does on his time as long as he humps the QB we play.

Did we draft this guy IK as an OLB? It looks like it.

Watching Trey Wingo interview Boyd and bringing up facing Geno in a bowl game. That would be the game Geno hung 70 on Clemson. Probably not what Boyd wanted ever brought up again. That will be a strange dynamic, working under a guy who biblically destroyed you.
