Experts seem too like him, he was considered a 2nd or 3rd rounder but he got hurt.

3 games this year he had 3 picks, some impressive stats in a short period of time.

Rex likes him and took him probably a little early, I have faith in him so I think it will work out.

It was a solid pick all dependent on his injury, which makes it a risk. If he's healthy we just drafted a stud at CB.

In the last 13 years of drafting, the Jets have taken only 1, yes 1 WR in rounds 1-3. Stephen Hill in 2012 and he's terrible.

That's unbelievable. That's how you build a terrible offense my friends.

I'm sure he had some input though, which he should. There's two things I trust unquestionably in this organization: Rex's instincts on defensive players and our medical staff, who have kept a lot of guys healthy like Landry who were hurt everywhere else.

A bit early but I got no beef with it.

Exactly. I said that earlier. Rex definitely adds his input and I am positive Idzik listens. But in the end, the pick is made by the GM, not the head coach.

Kinda reminds me of the Met situation. If the Met starters don't throw zeroes, the team loses. If the Jet defense doesn't dominate, the Jets will lose more often than not.

Anyone else tired of people complaining about everything the team does like they should be the GM?

You don't even know his name.. So why do you feel like you are qualified enough to educate us on when exactly we could have taken him..

You don't know what your talking about and it shows. Stop, think, try again.

There was lots of value in WR in the 3rd round and Idzik/Rex reach for a guy who they could have had in the 6th. Plain and simple. No wonder the jets haven't had a winning season in the 3 years.

Or how you attempt to emulate the 2000 Ravens.

I trust Idzik so if they thought they needed to take him in the 3rd round then I trust their decision. He also adds depth to a solid CB corp.

Stephen Hill must have vouched for him cause looks like he was in his shorts on a couple of those highlights.
