Seems like we're looking to address our long-neglected problems in the middle of the field.

Great pick, really happy we got him. Should be a good compliment to Decker & Kerley. Our passing game is 1 player away from being pretty decent. Not amazing, but no more Clyde Gates & Konrad Reuland jive out there, where our best offensive play was a defensive pass interference.

Last night he tweeted, "You're going to regret that. I promise with all my heart you will."

    I love this guy already!

He's so much more fluid and better in the air than Cumberland. Cumberland might have had speed on him but the injuries took its toll on him.

Nice pick. Amaro is instant red zone threat and safety valve.

I actually wasn't watching the draft until just before the Jets pick but I watched the ESPN ticker scroll through the second-rounders before that and went wow, the TE is still there, maybe we'll get him. And we actually didn't drop the ball on that one. We needed a TE even worse than a WR in all honesty, and this guy's supposed to be really good.

    ASJ was the one.

Amaro took a nasty concussion last season for the Red Raiders so I hope that isn't something reoccurring. Hopefully we did our due diligence with those tests.

I can't remember a Jets draft pick that had such a high approval among the fan base.

Exactly 1 of the 2 players I'd hope the Jets were gona come away with. Been a fan for a long time with Amaro. Love to see them trade back in to grab Latimer. I'd probably wet myself

Dude hangs onto the ball and is fearless in the middle of the field. He suffered 1 or 2 concussions as a result so he's gotta really be careful.

Fans are going to really like this guy.
