Me too, and it's going to grow on me. A week ago I figured if the Jets went D on the pick it would be Dennard or Pryor. I'm glad they got the choice between them. I'm betting the argument in the draft room was which one to take.

Pryor wasn't my first choice but this draft has tremendous CB/WR depth, so you can afford to wait a bit with all our picks. You can't with safety; it's a weak position in this years draft.

After 45 years, I wouldn't bet the house on the FO either..

    Interesting Pryor,,, before Haha.

Good player.... i can't be too disappointed.
Rounds 2-4 ... is where the Jets NEED to score more playmakers.

Loads of great players left.... Round 2 ..... we are going to get a GOOD Player in that round.

Wonder if we can still get Cooks, Lee, Mathews...

My thought is more based on I think we can mask safety better than we can cb.

Rex will make Pryor a beast I have no doubt.

Good pick, we have a solid safety for years to come.

Like Pryor but we need a safety who can ballhawk. Not sure this is Pryor's strength.

Cooks is too small. Pryor is the best pick.

Now I'm hoping Jordan Matthews makes it to our 2nd round pick if the WRs fall en masse.

    Great pick.

But with Bridgewater, Manziel and Carr still on the board, this is why we shouldn't have drafted a QB last year.

I was baffled by the Richardson pick, just like I am with this one. So I'll take that as a good sign.

Pryor was one of my top guys, I loved Clinton-Dix but we would have had to make a few scheme alterations to take him. Dennard was a top guy for me too, but the Jets have a ton of wiggle room with 12 picks... Perhaps we could see them trade back into the 1st round and take him.

Pretty sure most Jets fans were pissed about Sheldon Richardson last year. Worked out okay for us.
