Johnson was better last year than in 2011 and 2012 which were total train wrecks. The lack of knowledge about Chris Johnson is unbelievable.

And now you make an exit statement. I know you will read this and not respond, so just take this to heart. Don't just show up at some other team's forum trying to prove an argument unless you are willing to put forth the effort to defend your position with something other than "I know you only watch highlight films, etc" because you are asking to get your ass handed to you similar to the way Waterboy has been doing for three or four pages. All I came here to do was give you guys a scouting report. If you want to learn more about Chris Johnson go to one of the Titans message boards and you'll hear pretty much the same things that I came here to say. Apparently you don't take kindly to having someone say something negative about any of your players. Okay, that one really was my last post.
I already spoke on your 'scouting reports', you are speaking based on the contract he was playing on in TENN. We are paying nowhere near that amount and expecting much less than you guys were what is so hard to understand about CJ just being a PIECE, not a FEATUREBACK.
I can see where the Titan fan is coming from. Fans are harsher on their own players than outsiders due to them seeing them play more. I read other fan sites sometimes and a guy like Holmes is praised as a good receiver. But Jets fans may see things differently. That's just perspective for you.
It seems like you think we're expecting the CJ that got 2000 yards a few years ago. Nobody is expecting that kind of performance from him. He's here to spell Ivory and Powell (along with perhaps breaking a long run here and there), along with being a dangerous receiving threat (which is where his real value will be).
If a team signed Holmes as depth, and not expecting him to be the Holmes of old, I'd have no problem with their thinking. We're trying to tell this Titans fan that we aren't expecting the old CJ2k, but he's clearly not getting it.
