i just get so fed up

you can potentially find a starting WR in round 3-4 in the draft this year, it's literally amazing how deep this draft is. i don't think people understand that this the draft that will define our team for the next decade potentially

Ford is fast and his highlight reels show some insane catches. I think he has talent and its worth the gamble to see if he can beat the injury bug... Idzik likes to roll the dice on these guys (Ivory last year) that are young, talented, not alot of miles, had past injuries that hampered them early in their careers so their value is low. Its pretty much a lottery ticket.

He gave up a draft pick for Ivory. This is more of a Barnes kind of signing.

He seems to be a cheaper Ted Ginn with more upside.

He is crazy fast! He could be really great on returns, I like the signing. Hopefully he will stay healthy.

Ford has returned 9 punts in his career. The NFL is doing everything in its power to eliminate the KO return. "A better, younger Cribbs". Wow.

I just cant believe you let DJax slip through your fingers, i'm so relieved. I thought it was the ideal situation for him: a) experience with Vick, which was a prolific tandem there for a while, b) clear open #1 WR slot (DJax doesnt seem like a guy who wants to have to work for that appointment), c) the Jets are accustomed to signing dirtbag players, d) a win now attitude and a team that could use a kickstart.

you can make a nice highlight reel for Mark Sanchez and say he looks like Joe Montana to if you leave out all the turnovvers

It usually takes rookie WRs a year or two to be productive, so bringing in a stop gap WR for one year makes sense.

If he can contribute on ST, all the better.

If he just makes the team as a KR than that's gravy. Because we need a good one and he has breakaway speed and can take it to the house. He has 4 TDs on kickoffs (of course now-a days not many kickoffs are returned). He's not highly regarded as a Wr. Not sure the Jets Wr coach is that good a judge of talent.

If that's all we signed him for then its a good deal,if we signed him as a WR then I hate the move. But as a kick returner only then its a good move,I wanted us to go after Jacoby Jones for this hole but o well

I'd rather give Hakim or Salas a shot at the KR/PR spots. But a depth signing I suppose.

The one thing I like about him based on these highlights it's the fact that he makes tough catches. Two of the passes in that video could've easily been intercepted but he ripped the ball away from the DB.
