Nope, she's a Brit. So is Rick. It's so weird hearing them speak off the show, they do a damn good job on their southern accent. _
Nope I just have a little more faith in mankind, than the show portrays. In a post apocalyptic zombie world, communism to some extent makes sense.
Just looked it up, she was born in Philly, family lived in Cherry Hill until they moved to UK when she was in her teens. The Governor is English also.
That explains the you against the world routine that consumes you in the Jets forum I guess. You don't appear to understand people at all.
Didn't realize that. She's got a total Brit accent. Did not know that about the Governor. So weird that there are so many Brits on the show that sound completely like southerners. Who next, Darryl? _
Honestly I thought for a while that Daryl was from Ireland because of Boondock Saints. But I saw him in an interview a while back and Daryl is Daryl. _
OK, I'm late to the party. Over the last few weeks I've watched the first 3 seasons. Pretty good show, but I question a lot of the things they don't do, more than what they do do. Not taking some of the armored military vehicles or weapons. Not refueling the generators at the CDC, plenty of fuel to be found. I guess I'll be waiting for season four on Netflix.
Yeah, you really need to suspend common sense if you are going to enjoy the show. There are so many things that they could do to protect themselves that make no sense, but you just have to go with it. The fact that they walk ANYWHERE with 50 million abandoned and partially to fully fueled cars to me is just inexplicable. Also never understood why when they go on a supplies run one guy doesn't get in a car driving 7 MPH blaring the horn to draw the Walkers away while Glen grabs the baby formula, then speeds up to say 30 MPH to pick him up and scurry away. _
You just explained my frustration with the show. Some people are talking about people communing and stuff here and I'm just angry about practical stuff like pooling their fuel and being smarter about the gear they carry
I like their current procedure which ends up putting them in harms way and giving the show some excitement. I really don't think there would be too many people watching a show about the zombie apocalypse if they were all safely in a bunker somewhere with ample food and water.
Hey man don't get me wrong, I think the new setup provides a lot of suspense and I like that, but if you're going to bitch about something with their behavior then it should probably be practicality over human nature Mostly my concerns are about how they approach finding food. NO Traps. I have seen people get caught in leg traps a bunch of times and they never pick one up to catch deer or raccoons or anything. They should have a trunk full of those traps. They stick to bullets and crossbow bolts that are their defense from walkers. They would prefer to eat peanut butter and canned beans from abandoned houses than finding robust food sources
You're probably right that'd make for a boring show. Kind of like the Farm season. That's why I think Terminus is going to be a whacked out holy hell. I mean, if it is a really nice and cozy sanctuary where everyone gets along, that will be a snooze fest. I think the finale is going to be epic. Hey look! Everyone back together! YAAAAAYYYY!! In Hades. Oh NOOOOOOOO! _
