A 4th rounder and three 6th rounders. We now have two 4th round picks and four 6th round picks. Sounds like we now have some trade material... EDIT: I know we can't trade comp picks. We can trade our own more comfortably though considering we have more in the bag.
No, you can't. But you might be more willing to trade your 4th and 6th to move up in the draft knowing you have two more 4th's and three more 6th's in the bag.
This is much better than I was hoping for! I thought we'd get a 5th, a 6th and 2 7ths. We didn't get a 3rd, but a 4th and 3 6ths may actually allow us to find some future starters and some much-needed depth.

Actually we have three fourth round picks (including the one gained from TB in the Revis trade). Twelve total. IT will be a good chance to rebuild depth.

...they lost Dannell Ellerbe, Paul Kruger, Ed Reed, and Cary Williams. We lost no one comparable aside from maybe Landry. Of course they get those picks.
Given the state of our roster I would hope we could come away with 3-4 starters with 12 picks here. Granted these are all later picks, but you have to find a starter here and there on the back end of the draft.
Yea with 6 picks in the first 4 rounds, you would have to hope that you could get 3-4 contributors. Cant expect anything for later rounds. It would be gravy but I would not expect it. Wonder if we trade our 4th round pick seeing as the last two have gone to Tebow and Ivory. Hopefully, we trade one for Jackson.
this is great news! I thought the NFL was going to shaft us and give us 2 or 3 picks. happy we got a 4th for Landry.
Getting a 4th for a 1 year rental is not bad at all. Nice to have 6 picks in first 137. I he Idzik and his scouts have done their homework already. Can't wait for the draft.
