What page is that quoted from? Something must have got mixed up because I'm pretty sure I've never said I'd be cool with us drafting a CB.

Antonio Cromartie was one of the worst CBs in the entire league last year. I for one, am not hoping to see his return

We have 27 mil of cap space, not 45.

We started with 37 and get 8+ more when Sanchez is cut, 45.

FA WR Jacoby Ford to me w/a brief update : "Yes there's some interest from the Jets. I would say they're the team showing the most interest in me. Right now we're still in the exploration phase weighing things out."

    Not me "me", she "me"

Doesn't matter what we started with, we now have roughly 27.

And you're the guy who causes a ten car pile-up 'cause he's rushing home to catch the latest episode of Two and a Half Men.

What matters is what we had to spend in FA, not what we had minus what we have spent to date and it's not 45, you're right, it was 37. Knowing Idzik he will probably keep Sanchez and pay him the 13 million he has coming, that's one deal he could actually close.

Says they want a third, Jackson, Decker, Kerley and Ebron would be sick.
How the hell are the patsies interested? They have no space.

    Here's the thing..

Jets fans always, ALWAYS, get wrapped up in bullshit media drivel and have absolutely no patience.

That does not apply to everyone, but the majority, I would say absolutely.

No team has ever spent a ton of money in free agency year in and year out, and maintained success. It doesn't happen. No team wins the Super Bowl in March. It's never happened, not once.

It doesn't make sense to over-spend for players that don't deserve to be paid that type of money. It only hurts your team in the present and future, especially if that player doesn't pan out the way you expected. Which happens all the fucking time. Every year.

What blows my mind is these same people bitching and moaning about the lack of activity in free agency, literally just witnessed Mr. T destroy our roster with bone headed contracts and free agency splurging. That happened, fact, so why do you people want the same fucking process to happen all over again?

We signed the best WR on the market, we already have our replacement at RT after losing Howard. These are quality signings and at a low cost in regards to the teams future.

Stop bitching, you greedy fuckers. ;)

    Thanks.

We can kiss the year goodbye if the Patriots manage to acquire DeSean Jackson. That would be the icing on the offseason. Yikes

And Vick. Then we could definitely draft BPA...

Maybe they are hoarding cap to spend next year on a blue chip free agent QB?
