I believe Sanchez was given adequate time to become a first class NFL quarterback and failed. I don't care about all the extraneous matters that can be brought up. I was willing to let it ride for another year but his injury ended that experiment before we knew who was getting the job. It is true that he is the "Jets" single season leader with 32, but not the Franchises. in 1960 before the team changed it's name from the Titans to the Jets Al Dorrow threw 26 TD passes and 7 rushing TDS, which put's him 1 ahead of the claim that Sanchez holds the team record. Sanchez only holds the record IF, and it's a big IF, you cherry pick it to only include the years the team was known as the Jets. But that's a mere detail, ya know?
