Jets will take the best wide receiver available when it comes time to pick.

Former Jets CB Antonio Cromartie is visiting the Cards, according to multiple reports. Jets open to having him back, might not get chance.

Not a fan of Pettigrew again but if he comes at a fair if not bargain of a price, I would not have a problem with it.

It doesnt rule Ebron out but the chances we draft him will become very slim.

Pretty sure we've been saying the jets will take the best pass rusher or the best skill guy for awhile now and every time they've drafted a defensive lineman so I wouldn't be so sure

We could go after in the draft in round 1:

    G(Zack Martin)
OLB(Dee Ford who might be someone Rex and Co. love)
S(Calvin Pryor could be another one to keep a close eye on)
CB(Darqueze Dennard though I wonder if he has the size Rex might want. He's a solid player from what I have seen at MSU)

Pryor and Ford could be legit targets in round 1.

people need to understand that regardless of what we do in FA, we will draft BPA

this is why either WR or TE isn't a given for us. if defense is the BPA at our pick, we will probably take it. pettigew has NOTHING to do with ebron

I don't think he wants the moon and if he does, no one will sign him and his cost will drop significantly.

He is almost as good of a corner as Talib. He is not getting the kind of money Talib signed for. Too much

Have to add some defensive lineman... Odds are we will draft one at pick 18.

No way to a guard at 18. the best one IMO David Yankey is a late first/mid-second rd pick. I would like Dee Ford, but we really need to go offense in the first.

WAY TO EARLY to be discussing who we should be drafting. Let's fill out FA needs first

I like Pryor ... He plays with a mean streak and has center field range ... Don't really care for ford

I want the big time safety, im tired of putting emphasis on the play of corner backs. Corners cant break games like a great safety can.

I would hate it. The best we get signing a FA WR is a #2 WR. WR FAs have a very high bust rate. I would much rather not sign anymore WR FAs and draft 2 WRs in rounds 1-3. Those 2 draft picks both will have a much higher ceiling then Decker and whomever else we may sign. Both draft picks could turn out to be busts but at least they have a chance to be number 1's which is much better than what we will get overpaying for free agents. But with 2 draft picks in such a deep class we at least improve our odds of getting someone special.

Our focus now should be on getting signing a OG, safety and CB. Our OL was horrible last year and now looks to be much worse. Our secondary was bad and right now its not looking any better.
