Thank you for going with the smart choice there Laxin, really didn't want to see a "surprise" pick at that spot when Teddy makes the most sense. The kid will take that team from last place to a playoff team, I have confidence Bill OBrien sees that.
Had to go with Clowney at #2. BPA by far. I have faith that Sam Bradford will rebound well (thus, not needing a QB that early), and adding Clowney will make that defense even better. Jeff Fisher would approve.
The Clowney pick is interesting for sure, thought the Rams maybe a little more needy of a LT but going with a player who looks to be a sure fire stud in this league is never an issue. Makes that Redskins trade look even better.
Don't forget Chris Long as well, that team could run multiple fronts. Similar to the Giants a few years ago with Osi, JPP, and Tuck.
I know the owner has publicly talked about the idea of having Clowney and Watt together and there has been other players linked to Bill O'Brien, but Bridgewater in my eyes is the only QB deserving of that pick. I honestly dont get the distaste for him recently. This is what I think the Texans should do, and if they pass on Bridgewater for another prospect to be named, I think they are making a big mistake. He just has a mind for football.
Murrell was last on-line at 1:16 P.M. today. We will give him till 5 PM to make his pick. If he's not here, someone not within 5 picks needs to make the pick...I can't I have Atlanta. BTW, Murrell was the only GM never to respond to my E-Mail reminders...I know he received them.
WW85, did you receive my board for the bills? I'm in class in 20 mins till 7:30 and just checking in.
Just to let you Guys know I'm having browsing issues, if I'm offline for a short while. I'm working on the issue. Google Chrome is the biggest piece of shit known to mankind.
Dream scenario for the Browns, in my opinion. Manziel available at 4. Really, any outcome where Bortles is taken in the first 3 picks is exciting to me as a Browns fan.
Ha, yeah I could not go Bortles at 1 even if thats what the perception of what the media thinks may happen. I am not that high on him to be honest. He has a good set of tools, but a whole lot to work on- footwork, mechanics and reading a defense stick out. Id be pretty stoked if I were a Browns fan and they got either Manziel or Teddy.
